Problems whith screen tearing , sound tearing

So this year a finaly got myself Rainbow six siege. At first i had no problems whith it , but one day it just started to do wierd stuff, such as screen tering, wierd problems whith sound and low fps. I tried to restart the game but it didnt work. So i searched it up tried many thing like vsync,1and 2 frame, i tried reinstaling , i tried vsync in Nvidia control panel and some more that i dont remember.
