Plains Of Eidolon Bounties Not Working

I recently started warframe because some of my friend who played destiny recommended it to me and i must say it is quite a enjoyable game especially with all the balancing that came with the Plains Of Eidolon the problem that it seems many others are running into is when new players go to cetus and Konzu he only gives one bounty and i still have no idea why especially since i have completed it like 6 times and it still does not give me the rewards or any standing
